Overview
Returns are only allowed if the item is defective or damaged. Returns will
only be accommodated within 7 days of purchase.
Items must be new, unused, and in original condition and packaging.
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
Instructions
Send an email to [email protected]
and mail the item to the
physical address on the website. Customer agrees to pay courier collection
fee of $50.
Once your return is received and inspected, an email will be sent to notify
you that we have received the item.
Refund
Your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to
the original method of payment.
If you receive a refund, the cost of the original shipping will be deducted
since that shipping cost was paid to the courier service.
Please allow some processing time before a refund is posted to your account.
