Processing Time
All orders are processed within 3-5 business days.
Shipping days are Mondays and Thursdays. If a Public Holiday falls on a
shipping day, items will be shipped the following day. If we are experiencing a
high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow
additional days in transit for delivery.
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped
containing your tracking number(s).

All orders are estimated to be delivered between 3-5 Business Days after
collection of order by courier. Tobago orders are estimated at 5-7 Business
Days. Delivery delays can occasionally occur. Orders are not delivered on
weekends or holidays.
